I’m enamored with the idea of self(ish)-help and prescriptions for deeper purpose – though, after iterations of these across centuries, we’re still f***ed up. We can’t focus. We get a notion and don’t follow through because we’re constantly distracted. Life is easier with distractions. It is a mental frenzy. Add to that the 2016 election in my nation, and I’m personally, uncomfortably numb.

That’s what I’m doing with this work: showing you the battle between mental frenzy and ASMR, hypnotism, Gematria, meditation, and a bunch of cult-speak I was mired in, though recently shrugged off after 21 years etc.
